Spring Training with Beyond the Net is 10 weeks of once per week or twice per week of small group training classes for athletes ages 7-18. Our low client to coach ratio means you get the attention you need to reach all your fitness goals. If you perform a Performance IQ Evaluation we will be able to customize your program to your needs. You can also schedule a private lesson to work on field hockey skills or running mechanics and speed and agility.
