Beyond the Net Training is teaming up with Vault Athletics and Fitness to bring you the only training program in the Hampton Roads area designed specifically for the female athlete. Female athletes have a 4-6 times greater risk of Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) injury due to different movement patterns compared to males. Vault Athletics and Fitness Pure Strength Athena program will help female athletes focus on mastering balance utilizing jump training, plyometric movements, and strength training with emphasis on proper technique. Improvements in flexibility and mobility will enhance athletic performance and reduce the occurrence of injury.
