The Conditioning Training Series is specifically designed to jump-start your conditioning, build endurance and physical confidence for the upcoming middle school season. Beyond the Net Summer Conditioing Series is for those athletes that want to focus primarily on improving their endurance and make physical gains in speed, quickness, and anaerobic conditioning. Each training session is concentrated on engery system conditioning, game like stick handling drills, movement skills, and endurance drills. Players will train these physical parameters with our diversified training format for both on and off the field to prepare athletes for upcoming try outs. This program will complement any club or team practices.
The Summer Conditioning Series is for athletes 12 - 18 years old interested in improving endurance, speed, and overall fitness.
